Pricing and Product Questions

Q – What is the price of the McCrometer CONNECT product line?

A – We have provided a price list to all of our dealers.  Please contact your dealer.  Our McCrometer CONNECT Regional Sales Managers can provide a list price for a specific product if you need it.

Q – Is there a leasing program?

A – McCrometer does not provide leasing programs directly to end-users at this time, with the exception of orders over $50,000. Many dealers have different payment models, including rentals, leasing, etc.  Please contact your dealer to understand their different payment options.

Q – Do you offer Soil Moisture sensors?

A – Yes, we have several different options for Soil Moisture sensors.  These sensors are available from select McCrometer CONNECT dealers. Customer Service can direct you to a Regional Sales Manager who can assist you with this application.

Q – Do you offer Controls?

A – Due to the nature of control applications, control systems are offered on a limited basis and only through qualified dealers. Customer Service can direct you to a Regional Sales Manager who can assist you with this application.

Q – Is it compatible with my existing equipment and/or software?

A – The McCrometer CONNECT product line has some flexibility in terms of integration with existing equipment. In addition, McCrometer CONNECT provides some options for sending data to your existing software package. Please contact your dealer and provide the specifications of existing equipment and software and they will be able to tell you about the compatibility.

Q – Do you offer ROI (return on investment) calculations?

A – Each application and solution is unique for each customer.  We provide dealers with a guideline of the questions and options customers can consider.  Your dealer can help guide you thru an ROI calculation for a specific need. 

Q – Is there grant money available to help me with my purchase?

A – There are several different grant programs that provide assistance on wireless monitoring equipment.  These programs vary greatly from one geographic area to another.  Please contact your dealer to understand what funds may be available.

Training & Support Questions

Q – What training program is offered?

A – Your dealer will be able to train you and your staff on the product line.

Q – Who do I call if I have problems?

A – Your McCrometer CONNECT dealer will be able to help you through most of your questions.  McCrometer CONNECT has partnered with local dealers in order to provide you with the direct support you need.  McCrometer CONNECT has a technical support team available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST 800 220-2279.
